1. Why did you choose to work with a mortgage advisor rather than ‘go it alone’? Do you feel that KB Mortgage Services got you a better deal than you would find?
We chose to go with a mortgage advisor as we really didn’t have a clue where to start. We didn’t understand much about mortgages or the house buying process in general, so we knew that a mortgage advisor would be ideal for us.
KB Mortgage Services found us a great mortgage deal that suited our requirements, practically as soon as we had the offer on our new house accepted!
We did encounter a couple of issues with selling our home, but Kate was always on hand to liaise with our solicitor and then explain things to us. She gave us weekly updates and was always available if we needed any advice.
2. How did you find out about KB Mortgage Services?
We found out about KB Mortgage Services through Peter David Properties when booking viewings for our first property. They suggested we meet with Kate – and it was the best thing we did!
3. How quickly did KB Mortgage Services secure your mortgage-in-principle?
Kate had secured our mortgage-in-principle as soon as we were ready to start viewing houses! She was very efficient and made sure everything was in place for when we were ready to make an offer on a property.

i. Securing the best mortgage deal – 10 – We were really pleased with the deal Kate found us. It was very reasonable and also had the added bonus of cash back on completion!
ii. Professionalism – 10 – Kate is honest, hard-working and nothing was too much trouble.
iii. Knowledge – 10 – Kate’s knowledge about mortgages and also the house buying process is fantastic. She was always able to answer any questions we had and if she wasn’t 100% sure about something then she would ensure that she found out and got back to us in a timely manner.
iv. Customer service – 10 – We cannot fault anything about the customer service Kate provides. She was excellent in every way.

Reliable, efficient and amazing!!
6. Would you recommend KB Mortgage Services to others?
We would absolutely recommend KB Mortgage Services to everyone. Kate is the biggest help we have had when selling and buying our home. We could not have done it without her and will continue to use KB Mortgage Services for years to come.
